If you have not received a delivery confirmation from the carrier for your order, please contact us at help@ayellowgiraffe.com so that we may investigate the issue! 

• Unfortunately, chargeback requests through credit card merchants are costly and time-consuming for small businesses :( It involves the same process as contacting us directly, but the creditors may charge us a fee, so we'd appreciate it very much if we are contacted first instead! ( ＾◡＾) ♡

Please be advised, we cannot be responsible for theft that occurs after a shipment has been properly confirmed as delivered by the carrier. The buyer must file a claim with the carrier.

As part of shipping procedures, all orders have photo records and are double-checked against enclosed packing slip before sealing,. We will NOT approve any requests claiming the wrong product was sent if our photo records show otherwise.  If you proceed with purchasing our products, you are indicating that you understand our policies and agree to comply with them. Thank you for understanding that we must minimize potential fraudulent claims/losses as they can be detrimental to our business.  (･ω･)ﾉThanks♪

COVID-19/Weather Shipping Delay Update: The USPS and other couriers have announced that they may experience shipping delays in parts of the USA due to limited transportation availability related to ongoing COVID-19 impacts. Please expect there may be changes or delays in originally scheduled delivery dates. In addition, weather in different parts of the USA will also potentially delay delivery dates. Please check the tracking number provided to you for the most up-to-date information regarding the delivery progress. Thank you for understanding!

At this time, we primarily ship within the contiguous United States of America, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us directly for special requests before ordering.

🇺🇸 Free Shipping on orders of $75.00 and more! (Standard shipping, includes tracking and limited insurance). We also offer other reasonable shipping options through USPS, which are automatically calculated by the Shopify Shipping calculator upon checkout. 

Orders are usually sent out within 3 business days. Please be aware that occasionally circumstances beyond our control (like Mother Nature 💦 🔥 ❄️ 🌊 🌋) may delay arrival.

For your security, at times, we may need to contact you to confirm your order or delivery information. Please provide a Valid Email Address as this is our primary way of communicating with you if there are any issues with the order. We also ask for a mobile phone number to text you ONLY if we cannot reach you by email. If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts within 7 days from order, we will have to cancel the order and payment. 

Please verify your Billing and Mailing Addresses are correct before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect Mailing Address is entered. Billing Address must match the address on your credit card or bank statement or the system may decline the card. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us right away.

All orders are tracked and verified for delivery confirmation. If an order has been confirmed as delivered but package is missing, we advise the buyer to start a claim with the carrier. Please notify us within 7 days so that we may direct you on how to start a claim within the required time frame. For high value items, a signature will be required upon delivery.
