Outstanding Customer Service

Customer Service wrote back when I had questions before buying, during buying and even after buying. I definitely needed this wallet as I had sold the one I had but it got lost in the mail and I couldn't find another one in stock anywhere. There was one on Amazon but they wanted $79+ $15s&h.. I couldn't believe it. Then I found the wallet on here and had to message them to make sure I would be getting it because TWO other sites sold me the wallet but canceled the orders. Then refunded the money which took a lot of time to get back and couldn't complete the order. I was frantic. This site really came through BIG TIME FOR ME as well as the person who bought it from me in Australia. I truly appreciate small businesses like these that say and show you what's really in stock and they're gonna sell you what you're buying. It was absolutely ridiculous for two completely different websites to claim they had the wallet in stock, let the order go through, take my money then cancel the order and I had to wait for a refund each time. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and their quickness in responding to my messages. They really came through for me. I'll definitely be purchasing again from here. It's a quality site! They also had the order shipped out in record time. Very quick ❤️
