I have a few woven straps from this brand, so I knew what to expect as far as overall quality. Easily adjustable, slightly wider from the standard straps that come with most of the jujube bags. I ordered with a few more items, but was a slight mix up and got the wrong colored strap. Customer service was super quick to respond once I got a hold of them, and they got the correct item shipped out and included a prepaid shipping label for the other one to be returned. I like finding small shops to purchase from, and I will definitely order from here again.
